A private ritual for men · PleasureFWRDThe Embodied Man™A private ritual for designing your erotic life.

When was the last time you asked yourself what you truly want? Not what you’re expected to want. Not what you’ve been taught a man should want. What you want.

Many men are taught how to…

Far fewer are invited to slow down long enough to discover what genuinely brings them to life.

The Embodied Man™ is an invitation to intentionally design your relationship with intimacy, desire, pleasure, and connection.

Not someone else’s definition of masculinity. Your own.

Why now
  • Not for a goal.
  • Not for a relationship.
  • Not because you’re trying to become someone else.
  • Not because someone told you that you should.
  • Not because you’re searching for something outside yourself.

Simply because you’ve started wondering…

Questions no one ever taught you to ask.

  • What actually turns me on?
  • What kind of partner do I want to be?
  • What kind of intimacy feels authentic to me?
  • What kind of life am I intentionally creating?

The Embodied Man™ ritual is an invitation to explore those questions with curiosity, honesty, and intention.

Imagine designing…

A life that reflects what genuinely matters to you.

  • Knowing what genuinely brings you to life—not only sexually, but emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and creatively.
  • Expressing your desires without apology.
  • Building relationships rooted in intention rather than expectation.
  • Feeling less like you’re following someone else’s definition of masculinity—and more like you’re living your own.

Not because someone handed you the answers. Because you had the courage to ask better questions.

Meet your guide

Hi, I’mMayra.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with men from many different walks of life.

Business ownersFathersPartnersSingle men

Men navigating divorce, new relationships, parenthood, shame, performance anxiety, changing bodies, and questions they had never spoken out loud before.

Most men don’t need more information. They need more permission.

Permission to slow down.Permission to ask what they actually want.Permission to be curious instead of certain.Permission to explore intimacy beyond performance.

The Embodied Man™ was created to offer that permission—not to tell you what kind of man you should become, but to help you intentionally design the kind of man, and the kind of relationships, you genuinely want to create.

Your invitation

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to fit someone else’s idea of what a man should be.You only need enough curiosity to ask yourself one question:

What would become possible if I intentionally designed a life that genuinely turns me on?

If something inside you is quietly saying yes… trust that.

The Embodied Man™ is an educational, coaching, and self-exploration experience—not therapy, medical care, or a sexual service. The experience remains fully clothed, and every practice is optional.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What happens during The Embodied Man™ ritual?

The Embodied Man™ is an educational, coaching, and self-exploration ritual designed to help you better understand your desires, erotic identity, boundaries, and authentic expression.

Your personalized experience may include conversation, clothed embodiment, guided movement, self-directed body awareness, symbolic ritual, sensory exploration, consent education, and reflection. Every practice is collaborative, invitational, and adapted to your intentions and comfort level.

Does the ritual include intimate touch or sexual activity?

No. The Embodied Man™ is not a sexual service or professional domination session. Mayra does not provide intimate or erotic touch, nudity, genital or breast contact, penetration, masturbation assistance, or sexual release.

The experience remains fully clothed. Any self-directed practice is optional and may be modified or declined at any time.

Can the ritual include kink, BDSM, or power dynamics?

Yes. Kink, BDSM, and power dynamics may be explored through education, desire mapping, negotiation, consent practices, verbal exercises, symbolism, guided reflection, and self-directed embodiment.

When appropriate, the ritual may include nonsexual demonstrations within clearly established boundaries and safety limits. It does not include intimate contact, sexual activity, pain or injury, breath restriction, skin-breaking activities, or sexualized punishment.

Will Mayra enact my fantasy with me?

Mayra will help you explore the meaning, emotions, dynamics, and desires within a fantasy, but she does not personally participate in sexual or erotic enactment.

Your fantasy may inspire conversation, visualization, symbolic ritual, movement, role exploration, or practices you can consensually explore in your own life. Together, we translate curiosity into greater self-understanding, communication, and intentional choice.

Do I need to be in a relationship?

Not at all. The Embodied Man™ is designed for men in every season of life—single, dating, partnered, married, divorced, or exploring what’s next.

This ritual isn’t about your relationship status. It’s about your relationship with yourself, your desires, and the life you’re intentionally creating.

What if I don’t know what I want?

You’re exactly where you need to be. Many men arrive believing they should already have the answers. This experience isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about creating the space to ask better questions.

Curiosity is all you need.

Can this help me reconnect with my sexuality?

Yes—but not by telling you who you should be. Together, we’ll explore your relationship with desire, pleasure, intimacy, and authentic expression through conversation, somatic practices, reflection, and your unique PleasureFWRD Playbook™.

For many men, reconnecting with their sexuality begins with reconnecting with themselves.

What if I feel disconnected from my body?

You’re not alone. Many men spend years living primarily from the neck up—focused on thinking, achieving, solving, and providing.

Throughout the ritual, you’ll be gently invited to reconnect with your body through grounding, breath, movement, and other experiential practices. No previous experience is necessary, and everything is approached at your pace.

Is this only for men struggling with intimacy or desire?

Some men come because they feel disconnected from desire or intimacy. Others come because they’re curious. Some want to strengthen their relationships. Others want to explore new parts of themselves.

There isn’t one reason to begin this journey—only your reason.

Will I have to share personal details?

Only what feels comfortable to you. This is an invitation, not an interrogation.

You’re always in control of what you choose to share, and every conversation is guided with respect, consent, and care.

Do I need experience with somatic work?

No. Most guests are experiencing somatic practices for the first time.

The ritual is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’ve spent years exploring personal growth or are simply curious about a different way of understanding yourself.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, curiosity, and a willingness to explore. If themed attire is part of the ritual, details will be included in your onboarding invitation.

Is this therapy?

The Embodied Man™ is not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. It’s a private, experiential ritual that combines somatic practices, guided reflection, conversation, and experiential learning to help you explore your relationship with desire, intimacy, pleasure, and authentic expression.

While many guests leave with meaningful personal insights, the experience is designed for exploration—not diagnosis or treatment.

What if I feel nervous?

That’s completely normal. Trying something new often comes with uncertainty. Most guests tell me they felt nervous before arriving—and deeply grateful they said yes afterward.

You’ll never be asked to do anything without your consent, and every part of the experience is guided at a pace that feels respectful, collaborative, and supportive. Sometimes curiosity begins with a little nervousness. That’s okay.
