The Midlife Collection™ by PleasureFWRD
A New Chapter. Designed By YOU.
Evidence-informed education, somatic embodiment, and practical support for perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, and the many transitions of midlife.
Midlife changes more than hormones.
It can reshape your sleep, energy, emotions, body, relationships, intimacy, health, and sense of self.
The Midlife Collection™ brings together education, nervous-system care, embodied practices, and meaningful conversation to help you understand what is changing—and learn how to care for yourself through it.
Our Philosophy
You are more than a collection of symptoms.
Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause affect far more than the menstrual cycle.
These transitions can influence how you think, sleep, recover, regulate stress, experience emotion, relate to your body, connect with others, and imagine the years ahead.
Yet women are often handed fragmented advice, conflicting information, or the message that they simply need to tolerate what is happening.
We believe you deserve something more thoughtful.
The Midlife Collection™ takes a whole-person approach—bringing together knowledge, embodiment, self-advocacy, relationships, intimacy, pleasure, and long-term wellbeing.
Because this season is not only about managing symptoms.
It is about understanding what your body needs now—and shaping what comes next with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Explore The Collection
Begin with what is asking for your attention.
Midlife does not unfold in a single direction.
You may be looking for answers about your changing body. You may want to feel stronger, sleep more deeply, reconnect with desire, communicate differently, or create a more intentional vision for what comes next.
The Midlife Collection™ is organized into six pathways, allowing you to begin wherever you feel most called.
There is no single right place to begin.
Choose the doorway that speaks to what you need now.

REGULATE
Support your nervous system through the changing rhythms of midlife.
Explore sleep, stress, emotional regulation, rest, recovery, and somatic practices that help you respond to your body with greater awareness, compassion, and flexibility.
The Experience
Sound Bath & Somatic Rest Ritual Night™ is a 120-minute collaborative experience by PleasureFWRD and Higher Self Harmonics, thoughtfully facilitated by Mayra Chaidez and Patrice.
Mayra guides the somatic grounding, gentle movement, rest, and integration practices, while Patrice of Higher Self Harmonics creates the live sound journey that carries you into deeper listening and receiving.
Together, they create a low-stimulation, rest-forward evening for women who are tired of being told they need to do more to feel better.
We’ll slow down, soften, and explore the restorative possibilities of intentional rest through gentle breath awareness, grounding, somatic movement, live sound, reflection, and community.
This is your invitation to pause.
To breathe.
To receive.
To connect.
And to notice what becomes available when nothing is being asked of you.
Your Guides
🌿 Mayra Chaidez | PleasureFWRD
Mayra is a Somatica®-trained Somatic Intimacy and Relationship Coach, Certified Sexologist, and trauma-informed facilitator. She will guide the opening circle, somatic grounding, breath awareness, gentle movement, rest, and integration—creating a compassionate space where you can listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
🎵 Patrice | Higher Self Harmonics
Patrice of Higher Self Harmonics will create the live sound journey, weaving an immersive landscape of sound, vibration, and stillness designed to invite deep listening, rest, and personal reflection.
Together, Mayra and Patrice weave somatic awareness, live sound, ritual, and community into one intentional journey of rest, presence, connection, and receiving.
The Journey
⭕ 15 Minutes | Women’s Opening Circle
We’ll begin by gathering in circle and arriving together.
Mayra will welcome you into the space, introduce the intention for the evening, and guide a gentle check-in to help you notice what you’re carrying and what you may need.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present.
The opening circle creates a shared container of choice, respect, and community before we begin the journey.
🌿🎵 60 Minutes | Somatic Rest & Live Sound Journey with Mayra and Patrice
Mayra will guide you through gentle breath awareness, grounding, soft somatic movement, and floor-based rest while Patrice creates an immersive live sound landscape around the room.
You’ll be invited to notice areas of tension and ease, explore movement within your own comfortable range, and gradually settle into rest as the sound journey unfolds.
You may lie down, remain seated, change positions, use ear protection, step outside, or stop participating whenever needed. There is no expected response and no right way to receive the experience.
Mayra will remain present throughout the journey to hold grounded, trauma-informed space, while Patrice carries the room through sound, vibration, and stillness.
🌙 15 Minutes | Closing Circle & Integration
After the sound journey, we’ll return slowly.
Mayra will guide a gentle integration practice with space for reflection, optional journaling, and an invitation to notice what you would like to carry forward.
We’ll close in circle with an opportunity to share a word, sensation, reflection, or simply listen.
There is never pressure to disclose anything personal.
☕ 30 Minutes | Community Connection
After the guided experience, you’re invited to stay for tea, conversation, and unhurried connection with the women sharing the space.
You may socialize, meet someone new, reflect together, continue journaling, or simply enjoy being in community without having to perform.
Because sometimes rest is something we receive alone.
And sometimes it deepens when we experience it together.
You May Leave With
A greater appreciation for intentional rest
Increased awareness of what helps you feel settled and supported
An opportunity to notice changes in physical or emotional tension
Gentle practices for creating moments of rest in everyday life

"What happened to my libido?"
The answer is rarely simple.
Desire is influenced by far more than hormones. It reflects the relationship between your nervous system, emotional well-being, stress, sleep, body image, relationships, life responsibilities, physical health, and the way you've learned to experience pleasure throughout your life.
Rather than asking how to "get your sex drive back," Reclaiming Desire™ invites a different question:
What helps me feel connected, alive, and open to intimacy now?
Through evidence-informed education, somatic exploration, and honest conversation, you'll discover that desire isn't something you either have or don't have.
It's something that can be understood, nurtured, and intentionally cultivated.

Midlife marks the beginning of a new chapter—not the end of your intimate life.
As hormones shift, relationships evolve, and your body changes, it's natural for intimacy to feel different. Desire may become less spontaneous. Touch may require something new. What once felt exciting may no longer fit the woman you're becoming.
Rather than trying to return to who you were at twenty-five, The New Erotic Season™ invites you to explore who you are now.
Through evidence-informed education, somatic practices, thoughtful conversation, and guided reflection, you'll begin to understand how hormones, your nervous system, emotional connection, body image, stress, and life experiences shape your intimate life.
Because your erotic life doesn't have to end with midlife.
It can become more intentional.
More connected.
More authentic.
More alive.

An invitation to reconnect with pleasure as a source of vitality, presence, and well-being.
The Philosophy
Pleasure is often misunderstood.
It's reduced to sexuality when, in reality, it's one of our most important pathways to feeling alive.
The warmth of the sun on your skin.
A nourishing meal.
A genuine laugh.
Movement that feels good.
Meaningful touch.
Moments of awe.
As women move through midlife, responsibilities often increase while opportunities for pleasure quietly disappear. We become experts at caring for everyone else while forgetting how to care for ourselves.
Pleasure Through Midlife™ invites you to rediscover pleasure not as something you have to earn, but as an essential part of a healthy, connected, and fulfilling life.
Because pleasure isn't a luxury.
It's part of our well-being.

This experience explores pleasure as a dimension of overall well-being, embodiment, and self-care. It is educational and experiential in nature and does not include sexual activity.
The Experience
Confidence isn’t something you put on.
It is something you practice inhabiting.
And sensuality isn’t about performing for someone else.
It is about experiencing and expressing yourself more fully.
Cultivating Confidence & Sensuality™ is a three-hour collaborative experience by PleasureFWRD and Jo, aka Savage Nynph, weaving somatic exploration, sensual movement, identity, body connection, and authentic expression.
Mayra Chaidez guides the trauma-informed container, somatic awareness, consent practices, confidence exploration, and integration.
Jo guides the sensual movement journey, inviting you to explore posture, gesture, pace, musicality, softness, power, play, and presence through your own body.
Together, they create a space where women can explore sensuality without performing desirability.
No choreography to perfect.
No body type to achieve.
No requirement to look sexy.
This is an invitation to discover what sensuality feels like when it belongs to you.
Your Guides
🌿 Mayra Chaidez | PleasureFWRD
Mayra is a Somatica®-trained Somatic Intimacy and Relationship Coach, Certified Sexologist, and trauma-informed facilitator.
She will guide the opening circle, somatic awareness, consent and boundaries, confidence and sensuality exploration, emotional support, embodied confidence ritual, and integration.
Mayra creates a compassionate container where you can listen to your body, remain connected to choice, and participate at your own pace.
💃 Jo | Savage Nynph
Jo, also known as Savage Nynph, guides women in exploring sensuality through movement, music, presence, and authentic expression.
She will lead an accessible sensual movement class that invites you to experiment with posture, gesture, hips, chest, arms, stillness, softness, power, and play—without pressure to perform or move in a particular way.
Together, Mayra and Jo weave somatic awareness and sensual movement into one intentional journey of confidence, self-expression, and embodied presence.
The Journey
⭕ 15 Minutes | Women’s Opening Circle with Mayra
We’ll begin by gathering in circle and arriving together.
Mayra will welcome you into the space, introduce shared agreements around consent, choice, confidentiality, and witnessing, and guide a gentle body check-in.
You’ll be invited to consider:
How do I want to feel in my body today?
What would help me remain connected to myself?
What do I want permission to explore?
Sharing is always optional. You may speak, listen, or simply be present.
🌿 30 Minutes | Confidence & Sensuality Exploration with Mayra
Explore sensuality as something broader than sexuality or being desired by another person.
Sensuality may be the way you experience music.
Texture.
Movement.
Color.
Beauty.
Stillness.
Taking up space.
Following curiosity.
You’ll reflect on the messages you may have inherited about beauty, aging, confidence, femininity, movement, and who is “allowed” to feel sensual.
Together, we’ll explore the difference between performing desirability and experiencing yourself.
You’ll choose a personal intention to carry into the movement journey.
💃 75 Minutes | Sensual Movement Journey with Jo
Jo will guide an accessible sensual movement class designed to help you explore your body through music, curiosity, and authentic expression.
The journey may include:
Gentle movement and mobility warm-up
Breath and body awareness
Posture and physical presence
Hips, chest, arms, hands, and full-body expression
Pace, gesture, stillness, and musicality
Exploring softness, power, play, and fluidity
An optional guided movement sequence
Free-form embodied expression
Time to discover what feels natural and authentic to you
There is no choreography to perform perfectly.
You may follow Jo’s movement, adapt it, make it smaller, remain seated, pause, or choose your own expression.
No dance experience is necessary.
💧 15 Minutes | Pause, Water & Reset
Take time to rest, drink water, journal, use the restroom, or reconnect privately with your body.
You are not expected to socialize or process the experience during the break.
✨ 20 Minutes | Embodied Confidence Ritual with Mayra & Jo
Return for an exploration of presence without performance.
You may be invited to experiment with how you enter a room, take up space, move with intention, or allow yourself to be witnessed without changing your expression for approval.
Optional witnessing exercises may take place individually, in pairs, or as a group.
Witnessing is not evaluation.
No one will critique your body, movement, appearance, or sensuality.
You may participate, observe, modify, or decline.
🌙 10 Minutes | Closing Circle with Mayra
Close with grounding, reflection, and integration.
You may be invited to notice:
What felt authentic?
What surprised you?
Where did you feel most connected to yourself?
What do you want to carry forward?
What does confidence or sensuality mean to you now?
Sharing is always optional.
☕ 15 Minutes | Community Connection
Stay for unhurried conversation and connection with the women sharing the experience.
You may socialize, meet someone new, take individually consented photos, continue journaling, or simply enjoy being in community.
You May Leave With
A more personal definition of confidence and sensuality
Greater awareness of the difference between expression and performance
Sensual movement practices you can explore at home
More curiosity about how your body wants to move
Greater permission to take up space on your own terms
A personal confidence and sensuality intention

Mayra facilitates through a trauma-informed lens and can hold grounded, compassionate space for emotions that may arise.
Body image, visibility, sensuality, movement, and being witnessed can bring up complex or mixed feelings. You will never be pressured to perform, dance in front of the group, wear revealing clothing, receive touch, look in a mirror, be photographed, or participate in an exercise that does not feel supportive.
Every movement and practice may be adapted, observed, paused, or declined.
If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, prone to dizziness or fainting, or living with a cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other condition that may be affected by movement, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Cultivating Confidence & Sensuality provides somatic education, sensual movement instruction, reflection, community, and experiential learning. It is not psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical care, physical therapy, dance therapy, sexual services, or crisis support.
You do not need to become more desirable.
You are invited to become more fully expressed.
A collaboration between PleasureFWRD and Jo, aka Savage Nynph.
The conversation you've been avoiding might be the one your relationship needs most.
The Philosophy
Many couples can talk about finances.
Children.
Work.
Travel.
But when it comes to sex, desire, discomfort, changing bodies, or unmet needs...
The conversation often stops.
Not because they don't care.
Because they don't know how.
As bodies change during midlife, communication becomes one of the most important tools for creating a satisfying intimate relationship.
Communicating About Sex™ is an experiential workshop designed to help women and couples navigate these conversations with honesty, confidence, curiosity, and compassion.
Because intimacy grows where honest conversations begin.
