Somatic Embodiment, Women’s Health, Intimacy & Relationship Guide.

Come back into your body.
Regulate your nervous system.
Let clarity, intimacy, and desire return naturally.

WHO IS THIS WORK FOR

This work is for women who are high-functioning, emotionally intelligent, and deeply capable- maybe you have even “done the work”-
but still feel stuck, disconnected, tense, or unsure of what you need.

You don’t need more self-improvement.

You need a body that feels safe enough to open.

Meet Your Guide

confidence coach, executive coach, men's coach, somatic coach for men

I’m Mayra, a somatic embodiment, intimacy, and relationship coach.

I work with high-achieving women who feel disconnected, guarded, or unsure of what they actually want and need on the inside.

My work is rooted in somatic embodiment, women’s health, nervous system intelligence, erotic honesty, and relational intimacy. I don’t push breakthroughs or manufacture vulnerability. We move at the pace your body can integrate — because safety, not pressure, is what creates lasting change.

Many of the women I work with have already “done the work.”
What’s been missing isn’t more insight and understanding — it’s embodied self-trust.

This work is about coming home to yourself, reclaiming your authentic expression, and empowerment around your core desires and relationships.

    Desire, Intimacy & Sexual Wellness

Wellness-first, body-based approach.

This is not mindset coaching, performance work, or talk-only therapy.

We work with the body — because regulation, clarity, intimacy, and relationships are lived experiences, not concepts.

Sessions are guided by nervous system awareness, embodiment, pacing, and consent.
As safety builds, many women notice natural shifts in boundaries, intimacy, and desire.

Nothing is forced.
Everything moves at a pace your system can integrate.

When the body feels safer, more becomes possible.

What women often experience:

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system

  • Clearer awareness of needs and boundaries

  • Less bracing, tension, and self-override

  • More access to desire, curiosity, and presence

  • Relationships that feel easier and more honest

  • A renewed sense of trust in themselves

This work does not aim to fix desire. It supports the conditions where intimacy and desire can re-emerge naturally — through safety, presence, and self-trust.

Women’s Life Transitions

Life Doesn't Stand Still

Neither do we.

A woman's life is shaped by seasons of change.

Some are expected.

Others arrive without warning.

Relationships evolve.

Careers shift.

Children are born.

Children leave home.

Our bodies change.

Our confidence changes.

Desire changes.

Health changes.

Sometimes we feel like ourselves.

Sometimes we wonder where that version of us went.

At PleasureFWRD, we don't see these moments as signs that something is wrong.

We see them as invitations to understand ourselves in new ways.

Through experiential coaching, embodied practices, education, and community, we support women as they navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, self-trust, and compassion.

This work isn't about returning to who you used to be.

It's about meeting the woman you're becoming.

Women's Health Through Every Season

As women, our health is influenced by far more than one system, one symptom, or one stage of life.

Hormonal changes, stress, sleep, relationships, movement, sexuality, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing are deeply connected.

Understanding these changes is one of the most empowering things a woman can do.

As a Certified Menopause Coach, I integrate evidence-informed women's health education alongside the experiential and somatic work that PleasureFWRD is known for.

Whether you're navigating:

• Perimenopause

• Menopause

• Changing desire

• Body confidence

• Nervous system dysregulation

• Pelvic health

• Healthy aging

• Identity shifts

• Sexual wellbeing

or simply wanting to understand your body more deeply...

you deserve education that is compassionate, evidence-informed, and centered on the whole person.

What Makes PleasureFWRD Different

Most approaches focus on solving a single problem.

We take a broader view.

A changing body affects relationships.

Relationships influence stress.

Stress affects sleep.

Sleep influences desire.

Desire impacts confidence.

Everything is connected.

Rather than separating these experiences into different conversations, we help women understand how they influence one another through education, embodied practices, reflection, and meaningful experiences.

Because lasting change happens when knowledge becomes something you can live—not just something you know.

Our Approach

Education
