Private Somatic Embodiment, Intimacy and Relationship Coaching
Intimacy and relationship coaching for high-achieving adults and couples who feel disconnected from their bodies, desires, or relationships.

Together, we may:
Reconnect with your body and erotic aliveness.
Practice honest, intimate conversations with your partner.
Cultivate greater self-trust without abandoning yourself.
This is consent-centered coaching and somatic guidance—not therapy—and centers pleasure, embodiment, curiosity, and radical self-honesty.

HI, I’m Mayra.
Has sex and intimacy ever felt like a foreign language? You know enough to get by, but you sense that greater fluency could make your experience so much richer.
I’m Mayra, a Somatica®-trained sex and relationship coach—and a native speaker of sexuality. Let me be your translator.
I believe intimacy and connection are essential human needs and that pleasure is your birthright. Both can be pursued with unapologetic intention while honoring respect, consent, and empathy for ourselves and our chosen partners.
For more than ten years, I’ve immersed myself in the beauty and complexity of human sexuality. Here is what I’ve learned: sexuality can be a meaningful gateway to self-discovery, curiosity, and growth. When we welcome it, we may discover a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
My work centers authenticity, vulnerability, self-acceptance, embodied exploration, and intentional choice.
“My erotic curiosity has been a catalyst for deeper self-understanding, and my mission is to help you discover what yours may reveal.”
— Somatic Sexologist Mayra
My Role In Your Journey?
I’m here to support your relational and erotic journey. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, seeking greater pleasure and fulfillment, noticing how past experiences influence intimacy, exploring non-monogamy, or feeling curious about BDSM, kink, or D/s dynamics, you’ll be welcomed into a consent-led, femme-led space for education, self-exploration, and embodied learning.
I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment for adults and couples. Together, we may explore core desires, attachment patterns, past relational experiences, boundaries, and fantasies in support of more intentional intimate connections.
As your coach, I’ll introduce consent-centered and evidence-informed tools that encourage self-awareness, communication, embodied exploration, and relational growth. Through a trauma-informed lens, we may notice unmet needs, protective responses, and learned relational patterns that influence intimacy in the present—without diagnosing or treating trauma.
Together, we’ll question taboos and practice honest communication in support of greater connection, understanding, and pleasure. We all have the capacity to develop a more fluent relationship with love and sexuality. Join me in exploring what deeper connection and personal empowerment can look like for you.
This is experiential, consent-led, and body-aware work.
Sessions often support you in:
Exploring shame, guilt, and learned messages about sex and relationships with greater curiosity, self-compassion, and choice.
Experiencing desire without pressure, obligation, or performance.
Practicing communication around needs and boundaries.
Building awareness of how stress, activation, and your sense of safety may influence intimacy and connection.
Exploring pleasure, eroticism, kink, or power dynamics—only if and when you choose.
Exploring relationship structures that feel authentic to you, including consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, and other intentionally designed relationships.
We move at your pace and work with what is present. Every practice is optional and may be modified, paused, observed, or declined.
This is how we work together
At PleasureFWRD, you can build skills for experiencing intimacy, sexuality, and relationships differently—through body awareness and lived practice, not theory alone.
Many people arrive with meaningful insight from personal reflection, communication work, or therapy and feel ready to practice new ways of relating through consent-centered, embodied experiences.
We begin with a conversation to explore fit and alignment.
Sessions are private, consent-centered, and tailored to you. Information is handled according to PleasureFWRD’s privacy policy and service agreement.
PleasureFWRD offers experiential coaching that may include conversation, reflection, body awareness, and self-directed practices.
You’ll receive practices and invitations you may choose to explore in everyday life.
*PleasureFWRD provides coaching, education and facilitated experiential practices. It does not provide psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, pelvic-floor therapy or massage therapy. A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space
You’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and care. There’s no pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or share more than feels comfortable.
You don’t need to have the “right words.”
We move at your pace, with space to pause, modify, or decline at any time.🧭 A Conversation, Not a Script
This isn’t a checklist or interrogation.
We’ll talk about:
What’s bringing you here now
Where you feel stuck, disconnected, or curious
What intimacy, connection, or desire currently feel like for you
What you’re hoping might change
If you’re coming as a couple, we listen to both experiences — without taking sides or assigning blame.
🌿 Somatic Awareness (Without Doing Exercises)
You won’t be asked to do somatic practices, sexual exercises, or anything physical during the consultation.
What may happen is:
Gentle reflection on what you’re noticing in your body
Slowing the conversation if emotions or activation arise
Bringing awareness to patterns of pressure, shutdown, or safety
This helps us understand whether somatic, body-based work is a good fit for you.
🔍 Clarity on How the Work Would Support You
We’ll explore:
Whether somatic intimacy coaching is appropriate for what you’re navigating
What kind of container (individual, couples, focused) might be supportive
How this work differs from therapy or talk-based coaching
What pace and structure would feel most supportive
There is no obligation to move forward.
🤝 Consent-Led Next Steps
If it feels aligned, we’ll talk about next steps and available containers.
If it doesn’t feel like the right fit — that’s okay too.
The consultation is about discernment, not convincing. -
PleasureFWRD coaching focuses on education, present-focused reflection, communication practice, consent skills and self-directed embodied exploration. It does not assess, diagnose or treat mental-health conditions or trauma. Therapy may address clinical symptoms, mental-health diagnoses, trauma treatment and other needs within a licensed therapeutic relationship. Some clients choose to use both services with separate providers.
-
That’s okay. You’re here to understand, explore and build greater clarity—and clarity often emerges through the work itself.
-
No. I work with couples and individuals of all ages identities, and genders.
-
Absolutely. Most clients are curious couples who want to expand desire and connection, not just “fix” problems.
-
It’s not about fixing you — you’re not broken. This is a space to be curious, playful, wild, tender, or messy. Here, your desires and boundaries are celebrated, not judged.
Through this work, you can:
Explore inherited messages about sex and practice a more curious, self-respecting relationship with desire.
Explore your unique erotic core desires
Expand your confidence in dating or relationships.
Deepen intimacy with yourself and your partner(s).
-
Sessions move beyond talk. We drop into the body through breathwork, movement, and sensation to uncover what’s alive for you. From there, we explore:
Pleasure Mapping — discovering what feels good in your body.
Consent & Boundaries — practicing authentic yes and no.
Relational Dynamics — exploring attachment, communication, and intimacy.
Somatic Tools —grounding, nervous-system attunement, sensory awareness and embodied self-reflection
Each session is a co-created experience, designed around your desires, curiosities, and boundaries. You always lead the pace.
-
Wear comfortable clothing.
Choose a quiet, private space (if virtual).
Bring openness, curiosity, and permission to move at your own pace.
This is a shame-free, judgment-free, deeply affirming space where your pleasure, growth, and self-discovery are the priority.
-
Begin by booking a private conversation. We‘ll explore your desires, questions, and whether this work is the right fit. If it is, we’ll map a path forward together.
-
No. PleasureFWRD coaching is educational, experiential and body-aware, but it is not a sexual service.
Mayra does not provide intimate or erotic touch, nudity, genital or breast contact, penetration, masturbation assistance or sexual release. Sessions may include conversation, breath, clothed movement, self-directed body awareness, sensory exploration, consent practices, guided reflection or optional partner exercises.
When couples attend together, touch exercises occur exclusively between the established partners. Every practice is optional and may be modified or declined at any time.
