What Do I Really Want? In love. In life. In bed.℠
When we stop living on autopilot, we create space to hear what we've been longing for all along.
Reconnect with your desires by exploring what truly matters to you—without judgment, pressure, or expectation.
Somewhere between responsibilities, expectations, relationships, careers, caregiving, and simply trying to keep up with life, many women stop asking one important question:
What do I want?
Not what everyone else needs.
Not what is expected.
Not what feels practical.
Not what looks good on paper.
What do you want?
What Do I Really Want? is an experiential workshop that invites women to reconnect with one of the most powerful forms of self-awareness: desire.
At PleasureFWRD, we define desire as more than sexual longing.
Desire is the quiet voice that pulls us toward what feels meaningful, life-giving, exciting, nourishing, creative, and deeply authentic.
Through somatic practices, guided reflection, experiential exercises, values exploration, movement, and evidence-informed education, participants will begin uncovering the desires that have been hidden beneath obligation, fear, perfectionism, or years of putting themselves last.
This is not a workshop about finding all the answers.
It is about learning to ask yourself better questions.
Because every meaningful life begins with permission to want something.
You'll Experience
• Guided somatic awareness practices
• Values and desire exploration
• Identifying inherited expectations
• Journaling and visualization
• Future self reflection
• Movement and creative exercises
• Small group discussion
• Personal desire mapping
You'll Leave With
✔ Greater clarity about what genuinely matters to you
✔ A deeper understanding of the difference between obligation and desire
✔ Practical tools for making decisions aligned with your values
✔ Greater confidence trusting your own longings
✔ A personalized Desire Map to continue exploring after the workshop
Perfect For
Women who feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain about what they want next, navigating a life transition, or wanting to reconnect with purpose, joy, curiosity, and possibility.
