The Experience
Somatic Reset & Community Social is a gentle, low-impact group experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and explore movement, breath, reflection, and connection in community.
Through breath awareness, somatic movement, shaking, stretching, and guided meditation, you’ll discover accessible practices that may support stress relief, emotional awareness, and a greater sense of presence in your body.
No previous experience is necessary.
Just come as you are.
You’ll Experience
🌬️ Grounding & Breath Awareness
Slow down and arrive in the present moment through gentle, intentional breath-awareness practices.
There is no pressure to breathe in a particular way. You’ll be encouraged to remain curious, notice your body’s responses, and choose a pace that feels supportive.
🌿 Somatic Movement
Explore gentle, accessible movements that invite greater body awareness and help you notice areas of movement, ease, and physical tension.
Every movement may be adapted to your comfort, mobility, and personal range of motion.
✨ Shake & Release
Experience guided shaking as a playful movement practice that may help you notice physical tension, explore shifts in energy, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.
There is no right way to shake, no rhythm required, and no expectation to move beyond what feels comfortable.
🧘 Stretch & Restore
Explore slow, mindful stretching while honoring your personal range of motion and noticing what feels comfortable and supportive in your body.
🌙 Guided Meditation
Close with a guided meditation and quiet reflection, allowing time to notice how you feel and integrate the experience at your own pace.

Dress Code
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move, stretch, and rest with ease.
What to Bring
A water bottle, journal, blanket if desired, and curiosity.
Touch
Mayra does not provide massage, tissue manipulation, or intimate or erotic touch. The experience does not require participant-to-participant touch. Every practice is self-directed and invitational.
A Note About Emotional & Physical Safety
Mayra facilitates through a trauma-informed lens and can hold grounded, compassionate space for emotions that may arise. You are always welcome to slow down, modify a practice, rest, step outside, or stop participating. You will never be pressured to share or explain your experience.
If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, prone to dizziness, fainting or seizures, or living with a cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or other condition that could be affected by movement or breath practices, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
